I don't know how many covers Jeanine Schaefer is in charge of over at Marvel but she is AMAZING to work with. I really can't say enough good things about how awesome it's been collaborating with her on the (very few) covers I've done at this point. I came up with the idea of She-Hulk slyly slipping through a hole in a wall of her own silhouette and we ran with it after very few revisions. The idea of a civilian dressed Jennifer literally coming out of a very heroic-ly posed She-Hulk fit in nicely with the themes they're trying to explore in the new She-Hulk relaunch. Balancing life as a citizen with life as a super hero. Trying to come out of the shadow of your alter ego. Work life, life life, live life. All sortsa things. I can't wait for this journey to get goin'!
